...and they filled out the location of the charge incorrectly. It states the location as "A public highway at: 5030 Highland Ave," when in actuality it took place at 2050 Highland. Would this hold up in court on the grounds that I was never at the address cited, which doesnt even exist, or am I just kidding myself?

I'm 18 and I live in Iowa. Thanks

You're kidding yourself. The judge and DA will have a good laugh at this defense and you'll be the punch line.
