What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

So if someone is calling me from a "both/all party consent" state (such as Maryland), and I am in a "one party consent" state, do they have to notify me if they are recording the call? Do I have to notify them if I choose to record the call?

Thank you for your time,
