My husband was arrested on failure to comply with bond conditions. They are going to dismiss the new charges because they do not have enough evidence. How does my husband go about getting his old bond reinstated?

Have the charges already been dismissed? If they have, you need to write a letter to the judge who dismissed the charges requesting that the bond be reinstated. Make sure you include hsi case number. If not, when he goes to court on this matter, have him ask the judge to reinstate his bond. You should also ask the bondsman what their requirements are (there's probably some paperwork they will need).
