What is the name of your state?ohio,was convicted 14 yrs ago in ohio & wv on a felony count in each state,i lived in ohio at the time,charges were wv-delivery of a controlled substance,oh-possession of a dangerous ordnance,moved to wv,after 7 yrs applied for relief from disability in wv where i lived at the time,was granted relief from the court,recently moved to ohio,question is am i legal to possess guns in ohio since i was granted relief in wv?if u r returned to full states rights r u returned to full federal rights?thx
