Colorado Law. I have a clean record but for an old M3 (low level - non violent) R.O. violation at the County level caused by a case that was dismissed and all records sealed (even before the RO hearing). Minimal fine and done. Would it be possible to reopen this case (especially if there is a DA that would agree to this) and change the ruling from guilty to deferred sentence with community service? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado
