I cannot get the Post a Reply to work,so am just posting a new message. Thank you for the information,,,I may have gotten the section wrong that I needed. What I need to know is where to find the guidelines for time. A PA citizen I know is incarcerated for a parole violation of drinking and was told at his hearing that the guidelines are 4 - 8 mos. His green sheet came back saying 30 mos and most of the information on it is incorrect. Do you know where I could look the guidelines up? Thank you.

For that, I would try legal aid on Monday morning. Since they have to deal with deadlines/timelines, they would be better able to give you exact timeline and possible reasons for the long time your friend was given.
