I am a physician and I know a patient has mis represented herself to me when obtaining prenatal and birthing care. She was paid to have a baby for a single man. They both represented themselves to me as partners but when the baby was born here in California it is clear she was paid for surrogacy services. All services were charged against her insurance as if she were having HER baby. Her insuance found out and now has sent her my bill for $9000. Can I report them to an agency that might do something?
