What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

I am recently divorced and now my ex is now having me charged with residential burglary. I was told by my divorce attorney that I have a warrant out this charge. I have never been in any trouble with the law and wonder if I will see jail time. I am not looking for smart ass remarks, Thanks Ms. Wanda. I do have a criminal attorney, and he will be looking into it on Monday but for now just wondered what people thought about this.

You need a criminal defense attorney. Don't talk to ANYBODY else and, furthermore, it's just plain dumb to admit to your crime on the internet.
