What is the name of your state? SC
I have a dual restraining order. The other party has asked an establisment owner to have me leave when that party comes to this establisment. The order was for each of us to not go in an establishment if the other is there.
Is this breaking the order?
Is the owner of the establisment action legal?

Thanks,

Is what breaking the order? The fact that the other person has asked the owner to watch out for you -- and ask you to leave if he sees you? No that's not breaking the order. Of course it's legal for the owner to ask you to leave.
