What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

I was recently served a restraining order. All accusations are false and incorrect. How can I learn about the law to appeal and overturn this. Any sound advise is greatly appreciated.

okay.

there is nothing to appeal. since it's only a restraining order. you haven't been officially charged with anything. go to your hearing, tell the truth, have proof the accusations are false.

nothing to overturn. again, no sentence.
