Oklahoma- Hello I sold a vehicle to a so called friend. I signed over the title to him with a notarized promissory note of repayment. He then sold the vehicle and kept the money without repaying me. I know I'll be able to get a judgement in small claims but is there anything I can do as far as pressing criminal charges? Thanks in advance
