ohio: School has been investigating my son for 7 months. His charges made the paper, news, and radio. They never informed us of anything while he was a minor. only after he turned 18. We have proof that they followed him around, they saw that he could not participate in any school functions. Took him away from playing for any school teams. By the way, D-1 colleges have made offers to him. Thats for sure down the tubes. He has never been in any trouble. They have convicted him before his day in court---based on rumors, no proof. We have attorney, but I want to make sure we take all actions we can against them. have they violated his civil rights etc etc. ????? all suggestions welcome. This is not drug related, by the way.
the police admitted in the paper they tried to video tape him.

How can we give any advice if you don't tell us why they were following him, what he was charged with and convicted of, the nature of the evidence against him, etc.?

He is charged with indecent exposure He has not been convicted of anything The evidence is from other students seeing him walk around with hand tucked in the top of his pants (like al bundy)
