what makes you think they don't have it? How could they even make a report of a forged scrip if they do not have it?

The OP may have snatched it back out of the pharmacist's hand?
If something like that happened, the testimony of the pharmacist would be pretty convincing.

Further, probation violations don't need to be tried to the point of "beyond a reasonable doubt".
