ohio,someone assulted me with a bat then i assulted him back but worse,he is in the hospital,i pressed charges on him. what if he press charges on me to,he is hurt really bad.

If it really was simply a case of you defending yourself I think your safe. If however you started it or beat him after he was down for the count, you may have a problem. The outcome of the police investigation will determine who is charged and with what.
