Georgia is where I reside and where this happend.

I have an underage G/f who during a party at my fathers restaurant I furnished a drink where I let her have some. if i was to be taken to court what could possibly happen and what are the laws that prohibit it, would it fall under serving a minor? and since the alcohol came from the establishment what trouble could my father befall if any?

basically what could happen to me, and could anything be brought up against the business or my father?

Okay, I do understand the laws. What I was trying to get at is how can the action of myself be related back to the business and the business be held responsible?
