Is it illegal for a man who is a convicted sex offender, (sex with a 13 year old female) to live with a 14 year old girl? They live in New Mexico.

Is he currently on probation or parole with a condition prohibiting such contact? If so, yes, it would appear to be a crime.

If not, then as long as he is not having sex or committing some other unlawful act with the child, they can likely reside under the same roof.
