I live in Clearwater FL

I have been accused of having sexual relation with a child who I use to care for.
the charge is that while a was sleeping with this little girl I touch her. This has been
going on for over a year & I’ve talk with several different investigators.
They now say if I take a lie detector test & I pass it they will drop the charges.

MY concern is that I’ve taken one before and told the truth but still failed the test.

I just don’t know why the are saying it’s me & I’m not sure where I can find any
help & I don’t have the money to hire a lawyer...

I’m not sure what I can do????

Do NOT take a lie detector test without consulting an attorney first. If you do not have money for an attorney, the court will appoint one for you. Otherwise, attorneys will usually let you make payments.
