My nephew was arrested recently on an old warrant from Wisconsin. He lives in Missouri. He is being charged with 2 counts sexual contact with person under 16. The crime was in 2001. He was 17 she was 15. He is now 23. They extradited him last Saturday. My question is, will he be charged as an adult or a minor since the crime happened when he was also a minor?
