oting a police officer
In Colorado what is it considered when someone shoots a police officer but didn't kill or harm them because the police was wearing a bullet proof vest. I am also curious about what he will get charged with and if the suspect will have a bond or not and how much it will be if they have a bond . Any information helps . Keep us in your prayers . Thank you and God bless.

Attempted murder.

Whoever shot at the officer needs a really good criminal defense attorney.

As it was told here: it didn't happen. Not this week, not last week.

"As was told here" = OP is minimizing/lying. The Northglenn officer WAS hurt.

You slipped on my banana. ;)
Right - but the Northglenn suspect was in critical condition in the hospital...I don't think that's the case being asked about by the OP.

I think the second article I posted is a more likely match.

The officer was sent to the hospital to get checked on and then was released . Wants hurt because he was wearing a bullet proof vest . I need as much advise as possible.

You need NO advice beyond finding a new boyfriend. Your boyfriend needs a criminal defense attorney. YOU can't help him.

That officer has been arrested for his own shooting: http://kdvr.com/2015/11/13/commerce-city-police-announce-arrest-in-shooting-of-officer-call-late-night-news-conference/

I'm not trying to argue with you.

Attempted murder. And anything else that will stick.

Judging by one of the recent cases here, at least $500K bail, if offered.

(it didn't happen the way you say it did.)
