READ this and tell me which one of these people is in the most trouble...Husband goes to jail..He was receiving workmans comp checks before he got incarcerated but since he is in jail he has them put in his wifes name (they have a small child together, so he is allowed to do this). Wife later goes to jail also. Husband thinks the checks are stopped then. Husbands sister takes the child( no workmans comp checks are received because husband and hb sister thinks they stop since wife went to jail also, HOWEVER, the WIFES sister (who doesn't have the child) is picking up the wifes mail, signing the wifes name and depositing these checks and using the money to pay her bills. $11,000 husband finds out about this. Who is in the most trouble.
