hello here is my situation my sis stole approx. 30,000 from my bank account what type of court do I go through? I have asked her to go to a mediator with me and she declines she has a fake state ID in my name. Half of the money was cash withdraws that I never knew of untl latle when I pulled my bank statements.

I am confused. In reading your other posts you are behind in rent, etc. due to loss of job. How can someone who doesn't notice 30 Grand gone from a bank account get behind in rent?

Regardless, you should file a police report, then take everything to the DA and they will press charges. Not sure how much money needs to be involved, but you should also go to CBI and Secret Service.
