What is the name of your state? South Carolina
I need to know 2 things: The definition of statue of limitations, what the sol are for fraud, check fraud, credit card theft/fraud, and breach of trust. Also, after the charges were dropped by the victim, the bank & card companies said there was no fraud, how can the prosecuting attorney in south carolina pick up the charges? The defendent did have priors, but in this case, it was just a huge misunderstanding. Any advise?
