In the state of FLORIDA. What motions can I file for a sentence reduction on an inmate who had never been in serious trouble before this incident. He was very afraid of the state attorneys office & accepted a plea of six years in & five out. Now he is somewhere in the Florida pan handle in fear of his life. He got caught with a home made weapon on purpose to be sent to close custody (confinement) This person is my younger cousin & I am trying to help out in any way that can. His charges were four counts of burglary to a dwelling & four counts of burglary to a convey. If there is anything that I can do to help him, will someone please educate me on the matter.
