son-in-law in jail

My son-in-law's in lancaster, Pa. jail for a mandatory 90 days for driving without a license, no current tags, insurance etc. Is it possible for him to get out of jail on HOUSE ARREST? He has 4 small children and this would help as far as my daughter getting a job. Thank You

You need to speak with a criminal defense attorney to see if such an option is available, if it is available for him (does he have a criminal history?) and what motions to bring to the court to have this done.
