My nephew was convicted of statuatory rape.He was 17 years old and the girl was 14 or 15. She invited him into her bedroom window and was "caught in the act " by the girl's stepfather. He had dated the girl several times and she had told him that she was 16 years old. He is now listed on the Georgia sex offenders regiistry. I want to know if he will always remain on this list or will he be removed at some point.The girl did not get pregnant (thank God) but she shared no blame in to incident at all.
