I was convicted of a Second Degree Felony (Forcible Sexual Abuse) in Utah in Oct of 2001. Currently Serving one year in county jail with work release. The date of discovery was in Dec of 1999. Information was provided to Hawaii in Jan of 2000. What is the statue of limitation on Hawaii pressing charges and attempting to extradite me to stand trial?

Stand trial for what? Discovery of what? Information regarding what? We need more information before we can answer your question.
