Can the family of a murdered victim sue the convicted after 10 years in California? The convicted paid in full a court-ordered restitution a few years after the initial trial. I hope this is clear. Thank you for any help with this question.

Damn good question!! I dont know to tell the truth.
Some of the guys in this forum are attornies,so listen to them long before you listen to me,but I would venture a guess,and say you can find this out by calling the "Victim/Witness Program" attached to your local court/prosecutors office.
