Do Statue of Limitations apply to things like using false identification to buy things, IE Firearms? I remember from a college law class that most crimes have statue of limitations, I remember that murder doesn't. If someone bought a firearm using a fake ID would there be a statue of limitation? This seems like it would be a federal issue.
