What is the name of your state? Oregon

Can anyone tell me, what the federal statute of limitation is on breach of fiduciary?

I was told, state law is only 2 years, but federal is more than 5 years.

This has to do with a revocation of power of attoreny, after which documents were removed from a banks safety deposit box, from which if suffered a great loss.
