I broke into someones house and I was wondering what the statute of limitations is.

The crime was committed in the summer of 06
I was 16 years old at the time
I'm currently 17

They have until the summor of 2010 to begin court proceedings, I believe. That doesn't mean that they have to CATCH you, only that they identify you and begin the court process has begun before that time (criminal filing, warrant, etc.).
