What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? new york.

disagreement with company. they threatened to file criminal fraud, never sued . instead agreement reached where transaction reversed and i had to pay them money. could only pay bits and pieces. this happened 10 years ago, has the statute of limitations passed as far as any attempt to file any criminal fraud complaint?
