statute of limitations in alabama and witness summons
please tell me what the statute of limitations in alabama are for credit card fraud. need to prosecute.
my next question is if someone got a wittness summons (left on front door when no one was home) do they have to show up?
been there one time same reason different person told them then that i didn't see him in the car with the other person.
