My husband was arrested last week for a warrant from 1998 and we were wondering if anyone could tell us the statute of limitations on a theft warrant in kansas, if there is one, and what it is. Or if there is a place on the web that can tell me because I think I have been to every site that deals with Kansas law and nothing about how long the statute of limitations is.
