What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

Had a question about charges of child pornography and the statute of limitations. I realize there are no statutes that apply to sex crimes against children. However, the exceptions for the statute of limitations seems to lack specifics. Could someone still be charged 6 years later for receipt of child pornography if the only evidence that they received anything was a credit card charge? Or what about something found on an old computer they had gotten rid of years ago. Obviously possession would be a different issue because it would be in the present.(in most cases). I know without some sort of physical evidence, ie images on the suspects computer or saved on discs, etc, it would be a tough case but is it possible at all to have a case with just being linked to a credit card or old computer? Only defense on the cc woyld be fraudulent charges. Would state laws have anything to do with federal charges?
