Texas. I have a storage unit in my name only and my ex and I both have belongings in the unit. I have agreed to let him get his stuff out but I wanted to be there because he has stolen from me previously and we have some boxes with mixed belongings. Do I have any action if he goes and picks or cuts off the locks and takes everything?

I thought most of your belongings were in the apartment...

I guess it's ok for you to break in, but not him?
