What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Nevada

This question seems simple, but after searching the NRS, I was unable to find a straight answer...

A previous employer used the threat of a criminal lawsuit against me to force me to quit. Without a really loooooooooooong story, let's just say that no charges were ever filed, and we've both moved on and are happy.

However, I still have one question: the threat of lawsuit was for "Grand Larceny". Since no charges were ever filed, what is the statute of limitations for this in Nevada? How long must I worry that if they decided to file, that I would have to go through this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
