    Question strange days

What is the name of your state? NC

Wondering what constitutes dicrimination, if a man is not allowed to wear an article of head wear and a woman is at the same establishment, is this a form of dicrimination?

Also same insident, assult by a boncer on an individual as he was leaving the establishment. What are the laws regarding this? Can a bouncer, just because he is titled as such just jump on someone and choke them when they have turned their back to them to leave? No verbal or physical action was taken part by the individual that was attacked.

    Thanks for the imput.

    Thanks for the imput.

    My response:

Yes, in 49 of the 50 States, it is perfectly legal for a Bouncer to attack anyone wearing Mickey Mouse ears.

    My response:

. . . at least as far as you can remember. You'll recall, you were drunk off your ass at the time of attack, and for all anyone knows, in your drunken state, you were probably verbally and physically abusive and assaultive to some poor, young, "Southern Bell", and the "boncer" was defending her honor, and trying to keep you available for the police.

Yes, Mickey Mouse ears worn by men can cause all sorts of trouble. Unless you were imitating Carman Miranda!

NC, if you went to school, is North Carolina.

And no, not mickey mouse ears, a base ball cap. If you don't know the answer just say you don't.

You people are just as rude as they were.

    Aren't we a bit testy????

So, mr. all that, where the hell are the facts? Like what happened immediately PREVIOUS to the bouncer kicking your ass?

    My response:

You call "jump on someone and choke them when they have turned their back to them to leave" being "rude"?

    first of all

I'm a Ms not a mr, and i'm not testy, just wanted some good ol imput not insults. Afterall I didn't insult anyone here.

The bouncer didn't kick anyone's ass, especially mine. He attacked my bf as we were leaving. We spoke to the manager about the hat situtaion since it was abviously not enforced for everyone. All of the bouncers were barely 22 yrs old and quite rude. As was the manager. I'm not accustomed to being man handled or treated without respect. I always treat others with respect and expect it in return. There has to be some fine line they are crossing. My bf is not a violent person, he was very shocked and taken off guard as I was.

    hey liable

I'm a female, and wasn't drunk had just had dinner at this same place. I wasn't the one attacked I witnessed it. But you know it all so you should've figured that one out. As for this site, it seems to be full of people who don't have a clue. So I'm going to go elsewhere and find out from someone who knows.

    My response:

You know, tsanborn, if you told the WHOLE story, with the WHOLE truth, you might get some good advice from us.

But, from the way you tell it, your boyfriend was simply, and unexpectedly, attacked just because he was wearing a cap.

Logically, that doesn't happen. Something, or some words, or some action, had to have been taken or done PRIOR to the so-called "attack".

But, you insist on telling only YOUR SIDE of the story, and leaving all sorts of blank holes in your story, and these are the types of responses you can expect.

So, it's your choice. Tell the story as if you're a disinterested witness - - and not from the angle that you're trying to defend a boyfriend. So, don't blame us if we've determined that your story is one-sided and biased.

you people attacked me verbally. no one really asked for the whole story.

Yes we did speak up for the fact that we were being singled out at this place and that the females were not asked to do the same as males. No foul language was used, nor was anyone drunk. My bf turned away and looked at me and said this is bull, from behind the guy came crashing through us and tackled him. That is what happened I have three other witnesses, and of course I'm going to stand up for what is right. And sometimes that is one sided.

What the hell does "ok a-1 flyboy" supposed to mean? Is that some sort of local-yocal "rude" remark?

Alright, don't tell us the full, unbiased, story. We don't care. Hey, he's your injured boyfriend - - not ours.

Well, here's another "mental patient" writing to the forums!

If you don't call "Where the hell are the facts?" asking for more of the story, then you deserve what you get here and in the club.

Probably more about what was (or wasn't) under the cap
