In the movie, it was the state of New Hampshire a person held up a convience store (with a cell phone in a paper bag) If memory serves, was arrested for STRONG armed robbery. He seved some time and got probation and skipped out on probation. Is there statute at which the charges are no longer valid? So many years?. OR...Where does this individual stand with the law now? Thank you to every one for trying to help me figure this debate out.
