I received a subpeana from cass county courts in North Dakota, stating a warrent for my arrest was put out Jan 3, 1995 for ICWF and to contact them, stated restitution will not be able to be made, I must appear in court. I don't have any idea what this is for and would like to try to find out before contacting them. Do you know what ICWF is and what is the statute of limitations?
Thanks

My response:

No. But, you should contact a criminal law attorney in your area.

Maybe you should call Cass County Courts and see what it means?
