question is related to a subpeona
my son is assaulted by another individual. there is a witness. the court sends a subpeona to the victim, the assailant and the witness. the witness moved and the court gets the return mail 1 month prior to trial. what are their obligations? they have a valid phone number for the witness. they have a valid phone number and address for the victim. is there a procedure in place for the court to follow? is there an arizona statute/rule in regards to the return of the subpeona?
