What is the name of your state? CT

Are unauthorized tape recordings of conversations (one party has a tape recorder in their pocket and tapes a conversation without the other party knowing or authorizing) admissable in court?

I have researched on line and cannot seem to find an answer. Most statutes only address unauthorized recording of telephone conversations.
