Is it legal to use a recorded face to face conversation as evedence in a ferdal case, when the recording partie is the only one awhere of the recording? I've heard that in state cases this typ of evence would be throne out. I'm just worndering if it's alowed in fedral?

Only one person involved in the conversation has to be aware that the recording is taking place, if there isn't a warrant. In fact, the person who knows about the recording can even lie to the other person and tell them they aren't being recorded.

Don't talk to cops. They have been doing this for longer than you and are better at it.
