What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? n.c. Is an employee that is drawing an unemployment check go to work for another company and get paid under the table,still hold the owner,which is not aware of his unemployment income check he is recieving liable in event of an accident or sue if injured?Isnt this tax evasion?Would it hold up in court?
