teen videos are bein sold please help

i have a really big problem that need help immediately- a friend of mine was video taped having sex and the people who did it are selling the tapes on the street as well as on ebay- the girl in the video is a minor and we need to know what we can do about this- please give me some advice soon because i really dont know how to handle this... she feels she really cant tell her parents but possibly another guardian, just if anybody can help me out it would be much appreciated, possibly letting me know what steps i can take to help her and take some kind of legal action.

As a minor, she is very restricted in what she can do without involving her parents. She needs to talk with them and then all go to the closest police station.
