What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH
http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/2917.21

I have a friend (A) who had a friend (B) he was very close to. Both were minors. Suddenly and for no reason, B stopped talking, and told A to totally stop talking to him. A could not help but wonder and ask why though, so did send several messages. B also replied a few times.
B's mom then called. She falsely claimed A called B after he had stopped. They filed charges under that ^ code, while both were still minors, but A turned 18 before the court date. It does seem he violated (A)(5) in that.
What does it mean for A? I am worried :(

Thank you!
