What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS

Under Texas Penal Code 30.05 subsection (a), if two neighbors are fighting between a fence dividing their properties, and neighbor A tells neighbor B to hop the fence so they can "settle this" through fighting, if neighbor B jumps the fence has he trespassed, even if a fight ensues? I don't have any more details of the case and this info is based solely on hearsay, but would the "invitation" to "settle this" nullify the issue regardless of if it was said during the heat of the moment? Just curious.

Thanks!
