I can give you the Ca version, it may be simular.

Theft is when some steals someone else's property. Property less than $400.00 is a misdemeanor, over 400. is a felony. Theft from a person, makes the theft a felony (IE. pickpocket).


Burglary is when the crook enters a building, structure, dwelling, etc., or locked vehicle, with the intent to commit a theft or other crime. Burglary is a felony.

This is a very brief definition.
