What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

My boyfriend stole over $3000.00 worht of items out of my home twice. Is this for a criminal attorney or a civil attorney?

Two questions: 1 ~ Are you still letting him in your home, and 2 ~ why haven't you called the police to report the theft?
