I was sent a very vulgar and threatening email through myspace from my ex-girlfriends brother, basically asking, no threatening me to meet him some where, any where for a fight. The email was very vulgar and extremely threatening. What, if any legal rights do I have against this and or this guy? What steps do I take to take action?
I have never contact him what so ever so the threatening email was completely unprovoked. Basically, it was out of the blue.
