I got a ticket in Aug.2000 for driving on suspended. I had a court date in Sept. which I could not make because I was out of town. I faxed the court a request of a continuance, which I recieved no reply of. I recieved this week a warrant for my arrest. I turned myself in today and was released on a $1000 bond ( unsecured). What are my chances of NOT going to jail when I go back to court on Thurs? I have not been in trouble since the first time my license was suspended over 10 years ago.
